Christina Milian was born September 26th, 1981 at Jersey City New Jersey United States. She is one the wealthiest and most well-known R&B artists. In Birmingham, Alabama she was born and began her love of acting as a teenager. She first decided to enroll at Mount Vernon College to study Architecture at Washington DC. However, after a few years she left the college to explore acting as a profession. She first made her debut in film by playing a part in Down Twisted. The film earned her fame because she played one of her best characters in Scream. It was extremely successful commercially and made eleven times its budget. Critics also gave praise to the film. She reprised her part in the three subsequent sequels to the movie. The actress gained new heights in popularity after playing a major part in Friends which is a well-known sitcom. Her performance was recognized with several nominations and awards. The series which was an enormous success ran for 10 years. She has also played an important role of a supporting character in the film Mothers and Daughters. The awards she has won are among them the TV Guide Award, which she received for her performance on Friends. Another honor includes her Golden Derby Award that she received for her part in Cougar Town.
